Copeland Jones 1778 Navy Strength Gin
A superb Irish gin made in honour of Captain of the Ranger, John Paul Jones, who fought in the battle for American Independence. Aged in Kentucky Bourbon casks for 120 days and then aged in Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 20 days. We recommend enjoying this juniper-led, spicy gin over ice, or with crisp tonic and an apple slice.
