Produced to celebrate the spring equinox, when night and day align, and the energy of the earth comes into balance. This release has been matured in first fill bourbon casks before a long finish in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. Boasts rich red fruits, subtle spice, gingerbread, Fruit tarte, and treacle toffee. Limited to 3000 bottles released.
