Yes. Ketel One is distilled from 100% non GMO European wheat in column stills, then finished in copper pot stills at the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, Netherlands. The distillation process removes gluten proteins from the wheat base to below detectable levels. Ketel One is considered gluten free under current food safety standards.
