Highland Park Cask Strength 64.1%

Introducing the third release of Highland Park's Cask Strength single malt! This complex and powerful whisky is made with a higher-than-normal proportion of Orkney peated malt, matured in a combination of three different types of casks - first-fill European and American oak sherry casks, and a smaller number of refill casks. As you can imagine, the end result is a whisky with lots of smoky aromas of peat, charred oak, honey-glazed lemons and crushed aniseed, followed by delightful notes of succulent mango, heather honey, vanilla ice cream, pink grapefruit, and peat smoke throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
