An excellent wine for your Christmas collection. Chateau Olivier Blanc Pessac-Leognan: A rich and aromatic sauvignon from Bordeaux, it has matured for 12 months on its lee, and boasts fruity notes of grapefruit and mandarin on the palate, with a nice acidity. Pairs well with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, salmon, mushrooms, and pasta as well as cheese.
