Made from a vatting of six Irish Single Malts aged in Bourbon casks from Kentucky, U.S.A. and finished in a Moscatel sherry butt from Montilla, Spain. Offers layers and layers of flavours. Ripe orchard fruit notes and a complex underlay of sweet Jasmine coming through from the Moscatel. The mid palate is bright with lime and grapefruit and fresh summer wildflower honey.
