The Liberator Irish Whiskey Tawny Port Finish
Following the successful Inaugural Release, The Liberator Irish Malt Port Finish Batch 4 is a vatted Malt, comprising 22% 2006 Cooley Single Malt and 2015 Great Northern Single Malt. The younger Whiskey spent 9-12 months in really fresh Tawny Port Casks, contributing a fantastic golden red colour and intensity, richness and complexity to the Whiskey. Gently cut over 5-6 weeks, reducing the ABV by 1-2% each week, this has resulted in a smoother Whiskey. Natural colour, not chill filtered.
