By removing oxygen and applying immense amounts of pressure during the distillation in their rotary evaporator this forces the purest, lightest elements from the rich, grain-based spirit to create a vodka that is extremely smooth, fresh and even slightly sweet. Pair with a natural soda water and garnish with grapefruit for a delightfully refreshing sip.
