From Stillgarden Distillery, Dublin 8, this is a festive Xmas Cake Gin! A seasonal gin made with cinnamon, clove, ginger, raisins, mixed peel, star anise and mixed spice. Inspired by the traditional Christmas Cake, this seasonal gin is distilled using a traditional pot still method along with vacuum distillation to capture the fresh flavours of the botanicals. Enjoy socially with a natural light tonic and orange zest.
