The Bridge Saints Island Single Cask Release
Lough Ree Distillery has launched another special and rare bottle with the Bridge Saints Island Single Cask Release. Distilled at Bushmills Distillery in bourbon barrels for 6 and a half years, it's transferred to Old Amontillado Dulce Sherry Casks for an extra 22 months. It's rich in flavour with notes of rich dark chocolate, espresso coffee, hazelnuts and dried fruit. Limited to only 573 bottles.
