As expected, this ageing gave the whiskey wonderful bursts of zesty lemon, zingy orange and green apple freshness coupled with spice from the rye. One to savour and enjoy. Limited to 210 bottles.

Aromas (without water) | Zesty, Vibrant, gorgeous black cherry aroma, toasted granola, dried strawberries, bakewell tart, preserved sweet lemons. Sweet crisp apples, warm brioche and spiced biscuits. |
Flavour | Spicy, sweet cereal notes followed by crisp green, bright spry notes. Dried fruit, sultanas, raisins and cherries. Great peppery / grassy rye flavours with sweet toffee caramel merging beautifully to give a really well balanced delight. |
