Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water)
A good mix of spice and fruity vibrance. The cummin takes centre stage and is complimented by juniper, grapefruit, angelica and coriander.
Flavour
Thick and mouth-filling, very smooth and soft without much burn from the alcohol. The flavours are more citrus dominated than the nose suggests with the spice elements coming through strongly on the finish.
