Named after Head Distiller John Wilcox, this very special limited release asks the question what happens if you blend a whiskey before putting it into a cask? This pot still is a vatting of carefully selected distillates all produced in-house during Blackwater's first distilling season back in 2018. Matured in American oak before receiving a finish in ex-rye cask to boast notes of marmalade toast with apple butter and stouted molasses.
