A superb French aperitif with a bitterness coming from Gentian root as well as a good citrus flavour giving some balancing sweetness. Suze is easy to serve straight up with a little ice but it also mixes well as the mixing ingredient in a gin martini, a White Negroni or with tonic and soda.
