Nose
Shows some refined sherry cask influence suggesting balance finesse. Aromas of dried apricots, exotic fruits, toasted spices, citrus peel, candied fruits and marshmallows.
Palate
Powerful at full strength with some delicious spice and oak flavours to start. As it evolves in the mouth the flavours become fruitier with dried citrus peel, apricot, exotic fruits and cinnamon. The finish is long a spicy with a touch of grippy tannin from the oak.
