Skibbereen Eagle Single Grain

Single grain whiskey is made at a single distillery from grains other than, or in addition to, malted barley, typically including wheat, corn, or unmalted barley, distilled in column stills rather than pot stills. The term single refers to the single distillery origin rather than a single grain type. The resulting spirit is typically lighter and more neutral than single malt but develops complex vanilla, caramel, and coconut character with extended cask maturation, as demonstrated by Teeling Single Grain.
