Each step of production is carried out in a traditional fashion with the hearts being roasted in underground ovens, then crushed in horse-drawn stone tahonas. Fermentation is done with wild yeasts and then distilled twice in copper pot stills. This expression is made from the Rhodacantha maguey and is bottled at 47.28%
