Killowen Small Batch Experimental Bond Series Whiskey - Txacolina Acacia Cask
The second 10 Year Old blend to be released as part of Killowen's Small Batch Experimental Bond Series, the Txacolina Acacia Cask. Killowen Distillery has sourced whiskey that are a minimum of ten years old from different distilleries across Ireland to create this bottling. The whiskey was then finished in a Basque Txakolina cask along with some virgin Acacia heads to craft an exceptionally unique whiskey. Limited to 490 bottles.

| Aromas (without water) | Intense varietal aromas on the nose, with notes of white fruit, (pear and apple) citrus, (grapefruit) and stone fruit, (peach) with a mild spice towards the end of the arrival. |
| Palate (without water) | A marriage of apricot, apple and pear flesh from the start with a slight bitter varietal character, creating a fresh mineral balance alongside vanilla wood-spice. |
