Experience Ireland's first foray into Vermouth in a nice and approachable 10cl measure! This sweet, artesian vermouth is made with locally foraged plants and herbs found along the Wild Atlantic Way. Wormwood, nutmeg, yarrow, and orris root are just some of the 21 different botanicals that are blended with carefully selected Spanish white wine and deep, rich handmade caramel. Serve well chilled or with a good tonic.
