Byrrh Grand Quinquina

A bitter and old fashioned styled fortified wine that will add sophisticated complexity to any cocktail that would normally require red vermouth. This contains a high proportion of quinine (quinquina) along with coffee, bitter orange and cocoa. Pronounced 'BeerR' this wine is made from a base of red grapes along with sweet mistel (unfermented juice) and a complex mix of botanicals.
