Celtic Cask Fiche a Sé (26) 2005 13 Year Old Oloroso Finish
Celtic Cask Fiche Se was double distilled at Cooley distillery in 2005 and first matured in fresh bourbon barrels for ten years. The were then re-casked in an old Solera 500 litre Oloroso Dulce Cask for over three years before being bottled on 6th December 2018.
