A rich and full flavoured, yet smooth and soft single malt. This was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Oloroso sherry casks and is proving to be one of the most popular malts in the revamped Tomatin range. The sherry finishing has added some spiced fruit, toffee and chocolate notes yet it remains supple and smooth.
