Nusbaumer Jos'berri Gin

This French craft gin is made by distilling as many as 25 plants (including botanicals, wild berries and spices), most of which grow in the Vosges mountains. Produced in small batches by the craft distillery Jos Nusbaumer, the gin is distilled according to a traditional method in four copper stills. A rigorous choice of plants and the purity of Vosges spring waters, combined with precise know-how and demanding altitude distillation techniques, give Jos'Berri gin a plant-like, resinous and herbaceous character that is unique and distinctive of the region's low-mountain plants.
