Cherry brandy or kirsch is historically called the “king of eaux-de-vie” and is distinguished by its great flexibility and a very wide variety of uses: whether it is for direct consumption as a digestive or in the form of a long drink, toddy or punch. Made in the valley of Ville using a variety of small black mountain cherries with large stones. Holds an intense and complex cherry flavour with a very present core and slightly pitted aromas, with notes of bitter almonds.
