| Nose | Sweet golden sultanas and roasted orchard fruits dusted with Demerara, warm oak spices and a sprig of garden mint. |
| Palate | Dark treacle and sour plums infused with freshly chopped ginger and candied peel. Touches of black peppercorns, stewed barley and antique oak add a deep, earthy back note. |
