Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (with water) Apples and vanilla with rich Sherry influences. Fresh peppermint develops with a subtle almond edge.
Aromas (without water) Hints of raisins and prunes with a defined rich Sherry nose. A lingering marzipan aroma develops.
Palate (with water) Sweet with festive spices, marzipan, and aniseed flavours. Hints of charred oak develop and linger. Body Full. Finish Long and warming.
Palate (without water) Rich fruitcake, nutmeg, and cinnamon flavours. A dark chocolate and coffee edge develops.
