Smoked bacon aromas with hints of vanilla and waxy lemons.
Aromas (without water)
Vanilla, smoked cured meats, and green apple aromas. Raspberry notes are complemented by a lemon edge.
Palate (with water)
Creamy and sweet with smoky undertones. Green apple and hints of charred oak are complemented by subtle toasted brazil nut.
Palate (without water)
Black cracked pepper with grapefruit, banana, and toasted oat flavours. Charred oak and cocoa powder combines on the finish.
