Outwalker Irish Whiskey

Introducing a unique blend of component whiskeys – one that works really well in cocktails but is also complex and interesting enough to sip on its own. Made from a blend of four casks in total. Two grain whiskeys: one aged in virgin American oak and another in rye casks. These combined very well with each other, making a great backbone for the whiskey, bringing classic spiciness and vanilla but also some interesting tropical notes. Pot still aged in ex-Oloroso sherry casks is also added to bring richness and body, but also a layer of nuttiness. Lastly, we see pot still aged in virgin American oak to add lots of fruit notes from the white burgundy cask single malt.
