Glengoyne The Legacy Chapter One
The very first release of Glengoyne's Legacy Series is dedicated to Cochrane Cartwright, the legendary Distillery Manager who is responsible for transforming the distillery in 1869. He made changes like slowing down the distillation and introducing Sherry casks, which the distillery still do today. The Chapter One has been matured in first fill European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks giving it notes of sticky toffee pudding, dried fruits and treacle.
