Corry Irish Whiskey) and Jennifer Nickerson (Founder of Tipperary Boutique Distillery) produced to mark the spirit of International Women's Month. On the palate, this stunning release offers notes of toffee, pears, plums, dates, some almonds and a hint of liquorice. With an added drop of water, notes of toffee apples, almonds, sponge cake, and plum jam can be found. Limited to 132 bottles released.

Finish
Long finish with the heavier plums and dark berries lingering. This is a complex dram with a layer of sweet light fruits then with some heavier fruits balanced with savoury notes and nuts. A long lingering finish that goes on and on.
Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water)
Opens with sweet summer fruits, then darker berries and plums with a hint of liquorice. With water the sweeter notes are reduced and more savoury notes come to the fore.
Flavour
Toffee, pears, plums, dates, some almonds and a hint of liquorice. With water, toffee apples, almonds, sponge cake and plum jam. A hint of sherbet too.
