Introducing the Beech Leaf gin as part of their latest limited edition series, "The Ginteresting Series" from Glendalough Distillery. This handcrafted, small batch series includes their Beech Leaf, Dillisk and Sloe gin. Glendalough take pride in foraging their own botanticals and the Beech Leaf gin is no exception. In the summer, they pick the soft, downy leaves from the mountain beech around their distillery, which they have added directly to their copper still and created a herbaceous, honey coloured gin.
