This traditional 5-year-old Single Grain Irish Whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon oak casks prior to finishing in Oloroso sherry butts. This maturation process adds layers of flavour profiles that include vanilla, warm caramel, with sweet aromas of dried fruits and warm spices that will lead you to say, “Make Mine McCaffrey”.
