Crafted from barley grown on the Aherlow family farm in County Tipperary, this exceptional single malt is a true field-to-glass Irish whiskey. Batch 5 celebrates provenance, patience, and precision, delivering a rich and characterful dram that showcases the influence of carefully selected casks.

Matured initially in first-fill ex-Rioja wine casks for eight years, this whiskey develops layers of ripe red berry sweetness, soft tannins, and gentle spice. It is then expertly finished in first-fill sherry casks, adding depth, warmth, and indulgent notes of dried fruits, toasted nuts, and dark chocolate.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this single malt offers a beautifully balanced mouthfeel full-bodied yet elegant with no shortage of complexity.
