Clonakilty Galley Head Single Pot Still And Grain Blend
Made from a blend of premium Irish grain and Clonakilty Single Pot Still whiskey which was distilled and matured by Clonakilty Distillery on the cliffs above the Atlantic Ocean by the Galley Head Lighthouse. First matured in bourbon barrels, this whiskey has been finished in ex-Rhum Agricole casks to give flavours of tropical fruits and apple crumble, along with spiced honey, vanilla and clove with a spice and citrus finish.
