Dolin Genepy Liqueur 45% 75cl
A legendary alpine liqueur that is made using small wormwood or Mountain Sage as it is commonly known. This herb is closely related to the wormwood used in Absinthe but has a less bitter flavour and essentially produces a softer and more palatable drink. Genepy is traditionally consumed after a meal as a digestif, sometimes added to hot chocolate. These days it can be found in a new wave of bitter cocktails or served over ice in a long drink.
