Lambay Single Malt Series 1
The first release in this three-part collection from Lambay! This single malt is triple-distilled and aged in bourbon barrels then finished in signature Camus cognac casks. Before bottling, the island’s Trinity Well water is added. The end result is a single malt Irish whiskey that boasts a smokey aroma with flavours of spice and tobacco with a lingering herbal finish.
