This superb and exclusive single malt has aged for 13 years in a first fill bourbon cask then is partly decanted in Pedro Ximenez barrel made from solera cask staves for an added 7 years. It boasts stewed rhubarb, blackberry, apple crumble and exotic spices on the nose with a super rich and syrupy palate with hints of dark chocolate and molasses complemented by a lingering finish with subtle hints of oak and cocoa. Only 54 bottles available from this exclusive single cask!

Finish Rich, toasted spice. Gentle oak, dark fruits and chocolate.
Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water) Stewed fruits, rhubarb, blackberry and apple crumble. Prune juice, black cherry jam, single origin chocolate, exotic spices, cedar wood and figs.
Flavour Super-rich and syrupy. A wonderful mix of concentrated berry juice, spice and molasses. Hints of vimto, blackberry jam, black cherry jam, cola, toasted spices, and dark chocolate.
