A 5cl offering of Jack Ryan's Finisher's Touch! This was made in collaboration with Justino's of Santa Cruz in Portugal. Aged in bourbon barrels for 11 years before being finished in Madeira casks. Lots of citrusy goodness on the palate with blood orange, clementine, and tangerine. Woody notes continue with honey and a hint of ginger balancing things nicely.
