A superb modern style aquavit that is made using a unique mix of botanicals including caraway, anise, coriander, ginger and bitter orange. Almost like a gin but without the bite of juniper. This aquavit blends well in cocktails such as an Aviation in place of the gin, or simply with tonic over ice.
