Ion Triple Stone Filtered Vodka
A blend of three grains distilled in a purpose-built column still up to eight times for exceptional purity. Stone is used in three different parts of the production process to filter the vodka, imparting a distinctive earthy flavour to the vodka. Inspiration came from an ancient site close to their distillery, the "Field of Letters" which is the location of a standing stone engraved on Ogham.
