Winner of the Irish Drink of the Year Award from the Irish Food Writers' Guild 2021! This limited edition release from Kinsale was fermented off-dry prior to ageing in Bordeaux merlot barrels for one year. Some elegant dark cherry aromas here along with honeyed notes in the background. A beautiful tart finish with a flourish of fresh cherry and raspberry.
