Cognac Park Petite Champange Chai No. 8 21 Year Old

This Cognac was chosen to represent a single area of Cognac and show how the delicate flavours change from vineyard to vineyard. This particular bottling comes from the Petite Champagne area, so called because is has the same chalky soil as is found in the Champagne region of France. 

Taken from a single cask that had been aged for 21 years. This is a very special Cognac with a unique character.
