Rich and complex, it's created from fully mature agave from the Jalisco Highland Mountain that's roasted in traditional brick ovens and distilled in handmade copper pot stills and has matured in American White Oak barrels and ex-whisky casks. Expect flavours of subtle oak and vanilla with a sweet finish.
