An exceptional single malt scotch from Speysider's Glenallachie. This release marks batch 2 of their Virgin Oak Series. First matured in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels before undergoing additional maturation in casks made of Chinquapin Oak (Quercus Muehlenbergii), which is sourced from the Northern Ozark region in Missouri for approximately 18 months. This ageing process has resulted in a complex, zesty malt bursting with runny honey, sweet cinnamon and orange peel.

Matured in a unique cask combination of Grand Cru Classe Bordeaux Red Wine casks before being finished in chinquapin oak, marking a first in Irish Whiskey. It's distilled in Clonakilty Distillery and aged in Baltic Porter Casks from Manor Hill, Maryland, USA. Expect notes of dark chocolate, stone fruit and liquorice. Limited to only 1,220 bottles.

Maybe Dad is more or a rye fan or a bit of a sweet tooth? This one has you covered! From Woodford Reserve's Master's Collection comes a bourbon made using chocolate malted rye! This expression features a mashbill of 70% corn, 15% distillers malt and 15% chocolate malted rye, which is malted rye that has been heavily roasted, leading to a caramelised, chocolatey flavour profile. A one-of-a-kind whiskey for a one-of-a-kind Dad.

Celtic Cask Fiche a Hocht was double distilled at the Cooley distillery and first matured in fresh bourbon barrels for 14 years. Charred pineapple, orange zest, lemon meringue. Well-balanced and fruity.
