Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green
Nose The nose is intense with notes of white stone fruits, tropical notes, and lime zest. There is a steely minerality that blends seamlessly throughout.
Palate The palate has vibrant acidity and more of that steely minerality through to the finish. Lime zest, mangos, white stone fruits, and spice provide an elegant flavour profile for this dry-style Riesling.
