Birgit Eichinger Ried Zobinger Heiligenstein Riesling 2019
The Reid Zobinger is one of Austria's most important sites and produces some of the countries best wines. The Heiligenstein is initially more closed than the Gaisberg however the ageing potential is very high here. Flavours of limes, peaches, and hints of tropical fruits blend with a crisp acidity leading to a bone dry finish. A superb food wine, pair with starters, seafood, and shellfish.

Nose | The nose is intense with notes of white stone fruits, tropical notes, and lime zest. There is a steely minerality that blends seamlessly throughout. |
Palate | The palate has vibrant acidity and more of that steely minerality through to the finish. Lime zest, mangos, white stone fruits, and spice provide an elegant flavour profile for this dry-style Riesling. |
