Glenburgie

Officially Glenburgie was founded 1829 although the distillery was completely rebuilt in 2004 with 6 stills and a capacity of 4,200,000L per year. At one time Glenburgie produced a special malt in Lomond stills called Glencraig. The distillery is owned by Pernod Ricard and most of the malt goes into the Ballantines blend.
