A superb Oloroso from the DO of Montilla. This was sourced by Equipo Navazos from Perez Barquero who specialise in making excellent, full bodied and mature wines from Pedro Ximenez grapes. This comes from a selection of casks from the Solera Diógenes, located in third row at the Bodega El Puente. The resulting average age is close to 30 years. Equipo Navazos recommend drinking this in a medium sized white wine glass where the intensity will be tempered slightly and the richness can be savoured.
