A unique and well-aged Palo Cortado from the Montilla region. Despite being made from Pedro Ximenez grapes this possesses amazing delicacy and finesse, much in the same way as a classic Palo Cortado from Jerez. This was drawn from one single cask in a solera and is aged approximately 30 years.
