La Bota 91 de Fino “Macharnudo Alto” was made in February-March 2019 from the same batch of casks that already gave us the eight previous editions of La Bota de Fino. This release has an estimated average age of ten years and comes from a selection of solera casks. The nose shows very complex and intense aromas and a remarkable roundness in the palate.
This is a wine for connoisseurs, bottled almost unfiltered in order to preserve its golden colour and racy character. It can be enjoyed immediately, but it is recommended to let it sit for a number of years before opening, as it has huge potential to evolve.
Serve at 9-13º C to release the full plethora of rich and complex aromas.
