This exciting new Bodega shows the ultra-modern face of Rioja. Having sold wine to the Bodegas in the area for many years, Jose Maria Martinez decided to take advatage of the high average age of vines (40+ years) and make wine under the estate's own label. The wines are all great examples of modern style Rioja- rich, fruit driven with a judicious use of oak where applicable.
